"Snuffy's is a childhood favorite. Great Shakes (Dreamsicle is my favorite) and Waffle Fries (especially with a side of the seasoned sour cream!). The veggie burger is also pretty good. Portions are great with the full size Shake, however the portions of their Waffle Fries or regular fries can be hit or miss. Sometimes the boxes are plenty full but sometimes they can be a bit light.
Make sure you tear any plastic bags open right away- their packaging with the plastic bags could be improved to allow the food to vent so food doesn't get soggy. Not a deal breaker but a simple adjustment would go a long way.
All in all, a regular go to for some reliable comfort food and I am a regular customer. Would order more often if they had some healthier options like salads or sides of fruit and more vegetarian options. Also wish their ice cream sodas were listed on DD."

Even having to reheat it all, the chicken wasn't overcooked and the steak was cooked perfectly. The shrimp didn't turn out as well. Mozzie sticks would have been amazing had they been fresh. Even the air fryer couldn't bring them back to their usual glory. Terrible experience with DoorDash and the food was decent. More so DoorDash's fault, but the options decreased with that meal deal and the price went up a lot and all options except for like 3 are an upcharge. Not worth it. "
