Delicious meal(s) that exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the Thai Fish Cakes were disappointing. The Bo kho soup was much looser, more like a broth than a stew like we're used to, but it was still very tasty. I loved that the bun Bo hue came with pork hocks. I can't find that anywhere in DC. Also loved that it's not too spicy. My main complaints are that the ca kho to was too small, they forgot the cracker that was suppsed to go with the hen xuc banh da, and there was only bean sprouts for the bun Bo hue and none of the other veggies."

"I am in love with their Mini Kimbap but there is something that I would strongly recommend. It's their Sujebi Jjamppong. O. M. G. The BEST jjampong I've ever had! I have a GJ tube so I am getting fed through my tube but recently, my doctor said "eat by mouth and eat WHATEVER YOU WANT". I always craved for kimbap and spicy jjamppong so I quickly ordered those. I knew that I won't be able to eat more than 3-4 spoons of food due to not eating by mouth for almost a year but I LITERALLY finished the soup. I ate all of them. "Absolutely delicious! We like other Peter Chang-owned restaurants and this one is great, too! The Homestyle Stir-Fried Pork Belly was amazing - tender, beautifully spiced and a generous portion. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were addictive - well seasoned (but not spicy at all) and cooked perfectly. They'd make a great appetizer shared among several people. They were so delicious that my 11 year old stole some even though she's usually quite picky. She also really enjoyed her Combo Lo Mein. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Slices were also great. Very flavorful with a perfect balance of sweetness. The Dry-Fried Eggplant was very tasty - crispy even though it had to travel here from the restaurant and well seasoned. The only slight let down was the golden mountain Golden Mountain Beef. We've had the Golden Mountain Chicken at other PC restaurants and it works better as chicken. The texture of some, but not all, of the pieces of the beef was stringy and a little dry. Over all it was a wonderful meal and we will order again!"

"The quality and portions are not worth the price. I spat out about 30% of the sweet-and-sour chicken because it was not white meat. It was cobbled together scraps of chicken, including what I assume must be their feet. The walnut shrimp had almost none of the mayo/sugar sauce in it. May as well call it popcorn shrimp. Rice is not serve served by default with these small $13 and $17 plates (Which are $16 and $21 after fees but before driver tip.) The containers the dishes are aerved in are those little circular plastic ones that hold 2 cups of volume. I hope this review will remind me not to order from NiHao for lunch again."

"The udon soup and noodles were not separated like most restaurants so the noodles were bloated and soggy by the time we ate them. The tonkatsu and chicken katsu were soaked in sauce making them soggy. My son doesn't like the sauce so it ruined the dish for him and he didn't eat it. They should have provided sauce separately, again, like most other restaurants. For the price of the dishes, we were very disappointed with Kusshi. Would not recommend them unless they change how they package their dishes for take out."

"Got the Bulgogi Bibimbap 불고기비빔밥. The food was good, and it was a big meal, although it arrived only mildly warm. And the meat and some of the veggies were sorta tough chewing. If I'm REALLY hungry, I could order this again; but for this particular dish, I'll probably go someplace else. Four stars mostly for the size. PLENTY of food. Two people who are only "so-so" hungry could split it and be okay. But I almost went for 3 stars for the temperature and toughness. Bottom line: Good flavor, plenty of food, at a good price; but takes some work to chew, and in this case, it arrived lukewarm. To be fair, this was only my first time ordering this dish from here, so I only have one case to report. I can't tell you if the downsides are typical, or if they were just having an off day."

Good portion but would not order again. The R1 Minced Pork Over Rice with Fried Egg/ 卤肉饭 was also very bland but not bad. The cabbage they added had a nice flavor. They didn't provide utensils even tho it was requested."

"When I first walked in I saw 2 employees, one of which who turned out to be the owner, swatting flies with electric fly swatters. I went up and ordered food and was charged extra without warning for one of the toppings. I also ordered a Vietnamese cold brew for $5 and got a coffee about 5 fl oz full of ice so there was barely any coffee. In addition you have to pay extra for more than 1 sauce. Each of the tabes in the restaurant were dirty and the trays were stained and seemed unwashed. Not to mention the disgusting yellow walls of the place. The food itself was not good either, with small meat portions and overall below average food. The sauce I got with my food was the pineapple fish sauce which tasted ok but smelled absolutely horrible. Absolutely terrible experience. "
