"Have ordered twice from here. The chicken and onion dumplings were okay but not at the price of over a dollar a dumpling, even having them pan fried there was not any crunch to it. The BBQ pork buns were unsubstantial and were mainly bun with a generic tasting sauce. Tried the chicken Wonton soup and it was alright. Biggest issue is the Sweet red bean bun (3pcs). I'm mainly writing this review because of this. The description says it filled with a red bean paste, however all 3 pieces of mine contained whole beans that were incredibly tough and more than likely not cooked thoroughly, which is not good as some raw beans when not cooked thoroughly can cause digestive issues or food poisoning. From the one bite I did have of these, it also did not taste sweetened at all. I might have been willing to order again, however the red bean buns have me questioning if I either got it on a bad night or if there isn't much quality control. Prices aren't too bad, just stay away from the bean buns."

"Decent servings, but almost no flavor. I paid extra for extra teriyaki sauce, and extra chicken. All of the foods including vegetables were very greasy, and next to no teriyaki sauce. I couldn't take more than a few bites, and couldn't finish it. The extra chicken was generous, but couldn't get past the grease. Spring rolls were also undercooked with batter in the center."

"Disappointing Experience at Arby’s I recently ordered a meal from Arby’s with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The large fries that came with my meal were barely half-full, falling short of what one would expect. Additionally, the lack of basic essentials like a straw for my drink, as well as condiments and napkins, was a significant oversight. The quality of the food itself was also subpar. My partner’s chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, giving the impression that it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the food quality a mere 2, which is disheartening, especially considering the cost. The entire meal, which was meant to be the only meal for the day, cost nearly $50, and the quality did not match the price. Having this meal delivered to my home added to the frustration, as we had been looking forward to a satisfying dining experience. It’s regrettable to report that our experience with Arby’s was far from satisfactory, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning based on this encounter. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future customers do not face similar disappointments."
