"I was looking forward to trying La Borgata since new ownership... I will try them again but tonight I was pretty disappointed. The garlic knots were a pricey add-on and were dry and overbaked, with no visible olive oil or fresh garlic coating them. I ordered the side salad (included with my entree) with blue cheese dressing and no dressing was included. The pasta noodles were cooked well but the sauce (shrimp scampi) was clumpy and thick compared with way it was served under previous ownership.
