"AVOID ordering this restaurant on this app. Have now ordered twice, with both orders exceeding $250 apiece and BOTH times they have made errors and omitted food in the delivery. Spoke to the manager and he offered the explanation that they do not receive alot of orders on Dash & also that they were "busy" which I assume he thought were good excuses for messing up consecutive orders. He also recommended calling after placing the order to confirm the order, which no other restaurant on the app requires. He did apologize about the inconvenience, but seemed very nonchalant & not genuine. The food overall was good but if you want to enjoy it and ensure you actually get what you order, you should definitely avoid ordering it on this app and try in-person. Hopefully they have better in-house service than pick-up service, where apparently they have troubles in deciphering orders unless the patron is physically in their location. A side note on the food, which is small, is that our Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Bacon contained only one piece of bacon, which was the size of a small pea. If you order this, per my conversation with the manager, you may want to follow up your order with a call and ensure they actually include bacon with this entree."
