"I don't know who they had working tonight, but everything I ordered was not right. Meaning when I usually order Zaxby's my food is cooked well and everything is perfect. But tonight my loaded fries were undercooked, I only had maybe 5 pieces of chicken on it. I asked for extra seasoning, there wasn't any seasoning on the fries at all. And normally the food would still be a good temperature when it arrives. This time it was cold I had to reheat it. And also the nibblerz had a nasty after taste.
