"This place is so great!.. but has been rather inconsistent. So far, with almost every order, somthing has been omitted without notice or opportunity given to sub/change missing/unavailable items (even though "substitute" has been selected "if item is unavailable"). I have been ordering coffee and pastries from here several times per week and either the coffee doesn't come (at all) or I order pastries for three and two people get the Honeycomb (which is divine) but the third doesn't get their Croissant.. a little better communication from the store/dasher would be great! Oh, and the Hot Chocolate is amazing!!! Hands down the best I've ever had!! Basically, even with the below par service at times, their products are so far above par that this place is still one of my favorites and I will stick with them.. with hopes and patience for improvement. I was charged 8 dollars extra for the shrimp fried rice, the shrimps were so little in size and quantity, whereas I barely tasted them or saw them. The lo 22. Vegetable Lo Mein (qt) had great flavor, and I asked for extra garlic which always boosts flavor in noodle dishes.
There needed to be more Veggies in the dish. Usually it comes with carrots, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, baby corn, pea pods.
This time there was only a few pieces of broccoli, a couple pea pods , No Carrots, a couple mushrooms, a half piece of baby corn, and a few slivers of onion.
I prefer the sauce to be thicker....so it clings to the noodles and veggies better but it was very thin this time.
The 3. Vegetarian Spring Roll (2) are miniature, entirely too small in my opinion. A larger adult size would certainly be more enjoyable.
Overall, the taste was "good" but in previous times of having this dish it has been phenomenal. Hope it improves because it is a go to Vegetable dish in my household.

I also didn't realize the Kimchi Jjigae came with rice and ordered an extra side of it. It was cooked as expected, you really go wrong with rice. Overall, I would eat here again. The aromatics were a little overdone, but I can excuse that. The Wok Hei alone is evidence that this establishment employs highly skilled chefs.
