"I order Caramel Coffee Smoothie a lot (outside of DD) and it's pretty inconsistent with how it's made. Sometimes they make it and it's a brown color when it should be a light tan/beige, but when they make it correctly, it's delicious and great for anyone who wants something sweet. When it comes looking brown, it's pretty bitter and tastes like they used old coffee or something.
The Tiger Boba Latte ICED MEDIUM was also delicious but they forgot the boba hence why I deducted two stars, because I don't understand how you forget boba in a drink. It states specifically in the description that it comes with boba so I shouldn't have to add it on as an extra cost. "

"I order the nutty by nature latte at least once a week, it's one of the coffee drinks that I crave regularly, and I've tried many black sesame lattes at multiple other establishments, but it's never tasted as good. I've even tried making it at home with no success, they do it so well. I've ordered this at least 10x, and I've been in person a handful of times. Their mochi donuts are also a favorite and affordable as well, so I'll add that onto my order here and there. My only issue is that I wish they would put protective covers on the drinks when I order through DoorDash. They did that for my first few drinks and then stopped altogether; I always worry that the drink might be tampered with. Please start using the tamper proof seals again, thanks!"
"Absolutely beautiful presentation and flavor! Hands down the best flavor combination I've had in a Katsu chicken platter. Fresh ingredients, perfect portion size and I would absolutely order again! Only thing I was missing and if it was included it would have sealed the deal was the katsu sauce! It broke my heart when I opened the bag and there was no katsu sauce."
