"This used to be one of my favorite chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately sometime this year they changed everything about it. The chicken seems lower quality and without the crunch it used to have, like eating a fast food sandwich; the slaw doesn't have any of the usual peppers or other additions it used to have and is much more minimal, the buns are a single, small fold-over seedless bun instead of the seeded bun that used to be used, and it overall tastes worse and makes you feel worse after eating it. It doesn't taste as fresh as it used to, and is significantly less food as well. It is not worth the price.
I've ordered it twice this year just to be sure it wasn't an off day, and it was the same both times. Very saddening overall, as it used to be amazing, and is now less than mediocre. I will not be ordering it again unless something changes or they make it differently for in-person orders."

"My wife and I have been eating in and ordering from Amarith Cafe for the past few years (both the Garden Grove and Fountain Valley locations). We really enjoy their berry basket French toast. However, when we DoorDash this order almost every weekend, the quality we receive is inconsistent. Most of the time, they will pack the berry medley with orange and the jam in an 8 ounce container and also include a maple syrup container which is delicious. However, sometimes like today, they just put a few berries in the tiny round plastic containers that you would put ketchup in and forgot the maple syrup and delivered it with the box open in the sealed bag. How are we supposed to eat the 3 French toast slices with 2 strawberries cut up and 5 blueberries with no maple syrup?
