The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell youā¦ THE BIRRIA!!! š©š„ That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know thatās going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! š Next time Iām definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.
Overall, this potato was absolutely amazing. You can tell thereās a lot of flavor and thought going into the ingredients and how everything comes together.
