"I got the Taco Salad with shredded beef, there was hardly any lettuce, as ironic as that sounds, and I didn't see anywhere on the menu where it tells you that the shredded beef is cooked with fajita veggies. and I mean a TON of HUGE fajita veggies. green and red bell peppers and onion. I would say the mix was 95% veggies and 5% shredded beef. maybe 1/8 cup of meat in my whole salad, and the mixture made the whole thing soggy, literally pooling in the bottom of the container after soaking through the tortilla bowl. super disappointing. the Quesadillas Cheese Only also had barely any cheese. theEsquites tasted really good, but hardly any cheese or spice on top, none within. the Chips & Salsa was a generous portion of salsa and a whole to go container of chips. overall 6/10 experience.
