The first time I got a Chips bag like that I let it slide, thinking it was maybe just a one time thing. It's not. I feel like I was given the oldest and hardest Chips in my order. "I really like Ihops food. it's complete comfort food when you're stressed and anxiety levels are high it's like going home and having your mom make you breakfast. cause she wants to make you warm and fill your belly!!
