"I recently had too experiences with Diner Neptune. I visited in person the other day and had a great experience with the food and service. Based on that, I decided to order for delivery. Unfortunately, my delivery order was quite disappointing compared to my in-person visit.
It seemed that the care put into packing the order was lacking. Here are some specific issues I encountered:
* **Chocolate Milkshake:** What I received was mostly a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup mixed in, which seems to be a common issue with diner milkshakes. It wasn't the traditional chocolate milkshake I was expecting.
* **Chicken Tenders:** The tenders themselves were okay, but they weren't crispy, and the requested sauce was missing from the order.
* **Grilled Cheese Deluxe:** This was not enjoyable and had an unusual taste that I wouldn't recommend.
* **Chicken Wings:** The wings appeared large due to heavy breading, but they turned out to be frozen wings, which was a letdown. Additionally, the blue cheese that usually comes with wings was not included in my order.
* **French Onion Soup:** This was the highlight of the meal! It had excellent flavor and the cheese wasn't overpowering.
Overall, based on my delivery experience, I would rate it a 2 out of 5 stars. My in-person experience was much better, so I wanted to provide this feedback regarding the delivery service and food preparation."
