Cantonese Fried Nodles, very fine noodles cooked then panfried until edges and bottom are lightly crisped, protein of choice with vegetables on top.

"I was wrong to give them only 2 stars previously because of the food packaging, when their food itself is some of the best Indian food in the area and their prices are very reasonable. I've become happily addicted. Also, the people who run it are very kind, friendly people.
Their butter chicken / makhani flavor profile tastes like the schema of what butter chicken should taste like, with forward, aromatic notes of ginger-garlic, turmeric, kasoori methi, and dairy. It could be the best I've had since childhood.
The chicken tikka masala is similar with a tang of slightly more tomato, and more savory ginger-garlic.
Their rendition of Punjabi classics stands up to Indian gastronomy anywhere, let alone in a locale where delicious food is hard to come by."
