"I realized they were shortstaffed. But there was no lettuce on the salad bar for over 45 minutes, so I was unable to get a salad. I ordered the steak with steamed vegetables and green beans. The steak tasted pretty good. The green beans however, were lukewarm and I assume came straight from the food bar. I did not eat them. We did not receive a dinner roll with our meal. All we received were two pieces of barely toasted bread, which I did not eat. Our waiter was very nice and polite. I realize that they were short staffed, and our waiter was the only one working in the kitchen that night. I think he did the best he could. I got the sausage egg and cheese, which is the same thing that I would normally get from Hardee's. I have noticed over the past few months Hardee's has been cutting back on the amount of product they put in the biscuit. Meaning that their sausage patties now are so thin there's no meat to em, and the steak biscuits that I ate from there also have been cut back by at least 20%. So I've been kind of getting away from there for a while. But now this new place that I have tried here Biscuit Express, The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was absolutely delicious! The sausage is actually thick enough that you can taste it and has a wonderful flavor to it not too hot not too mild. The eggs had a very good flavor, and they did not forget my cheese. The biscuit itself I have to say I still prefer Hardee's, but that's not to say that this biscuit itself was not delicious, because it was very good. I will definitely go back for more later! job well done folks. I would recommend this to anybody that was looking for something to eat for breakfast and on the go."

"First time trying this place and they didn't disappoint. Not skimpy on the meat and very fresh and tasty. Got the corn cup too and they are not skimpy with the cheese! Hot sauce is served on the side in tapatio packets nice touch for anyone who doesn't like hot sauce. The red and green salsa on the side are good too. Went with the green for my tacos red definitely has some kick. Got their bogo on the 4 tacos so 8 tacos for $12! Definitely trying there other items soon."
