Also in general, too much cheddar cheese used - gets too hard too fast after cooking and doesn't add a lot of flavor. "I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Fries never travel well so I wont hold that against them and Mad Mex Chips & Salsa were standard. Unfortunately the Crispy Baja Fish Tacos were not crispy. It had way too much slaw and made everything a bit soggy. It did have a lot of fish so you do get a big amount protein for the money but the breading felt underdone. I don't know how the inside fish was tender and flaky but the breading seemed not brown enough imo."
