We wished that China Gourmet would have written on the box ( that rice is usually served in) what was inside it when it is other than rice, that would have saved an embarrassing call. If they'd have used fresh ones, or stirred fresher ones at the end of making it. Those were in the "Happy Family" dish....along with more scallops. I think there were about 3 or 4 in the large order. Almost missed them! The only other thing was that there were maybe five little shrimps in a bucket of celery in another dish. Had those two items been 'switched' in number, it would have been great. The remaining items -- egg rolls, egg drop soup, and house egg foo yong were pretty good. Because they deliver is a great thing too.
