Eat it all in one bite or the broth will escape. These are served with a chili diping sauce. The sauce has an earthy chili flavor with a mild heat that accentuates the dumpling nicely. Well worth the cost! The Tempura Shrimp (6 pcs) sticks were a little over cooked and very greasy. They lost the tender delicate crisp I am used to when I have made or ordered them from other places. Although they still had a good flavor the cook spoiled it. Overall the value was still there with the quantity and flavor. Tornado Potato was som I just had to try. I can see this being a really tasty side but sadly it was a grease sponge. Great presentation and flavor but poor execution. Perhaps the grease was too cool but the bag was very translucent and my fingers were super greasy trying to pull pieces off the stick. Getting hold of a disk would squish grease out. The upside is that it was really well seasoned. Hopefully the overcooked Tempura Shrimp (6 pcs)and the super greased slogged Tornado Potatoeere just a one time mis-step. I may have to try them again just to see. "

I used the sweet and sour sauce for it which is the typical pink very sweet with no identifiable sour sauce. Not bad but pretty average. The BBQ pork was excellent. So many times it has been overheated and ends up dry but this was tender and moist. Hats off! The crab pots were okay. I got the cream cheese but I think the crab ran away and hid. Unable to identify it anywhere. Crispy edge bits and soft tender pot. The beef pieces...OMG, I could eat a bowl full of just that beef. Tasty and well seasoned. Moist and tender! A very succulent bite every time. The spring rolls were also good. Their filling is well balanced and seasoned nicely. Comes with a sweet sour dipping sauce, hot mustard, cocktail and dipping sauce for the spring rolls as well as a couple packets for the soy sauce. The Pork Siu Mai (6）烧卖was a treat. Never had them before. Each one is easily two to three bites but you can also stuff a whole one in your mouth if you want. Tender and flavorful. Paired very nicely with the spring roll sauce. Can't eat any more tonight and still have 1/2 the Bo Bo Platter left and 2/3 of the dumplings. Someone doesn't have to cook tomorrow. Though this review might come across as a mediocre meal, it had some great highlights and the price was well worth it."

"Everything from here is amazing. I have tried all of the Indian res in the area. This is by far the best in Salem Oregon. Will always choose them until something changes. But for the past two years of eating here it is consistent in n flavor, and texture. The Lamb Samosa, and Lamb Vindaloo are of my top three. You have to eat here if you want good Indian food!! "

"Disappointing for the price. The sauce on the butter chicken was broken (separating). The Garlic Naan was good. Entrees don't come with naan, you have to order it separately. There was nothing on the app that said this. Portions were small compared to other Indian options. Wont order here again."

"OMG! Where do I start? Definitely in the running for Authentic East Coast Italian. This place is spot on! I don't typically write reviews, and I'm disabled. I actually got up from my chair, hobbled over to my phone to take pictures for this review. Worth the price! Large Portions! So many awesome things to choose from. I went for the Key Lime Pie, and it's ridiculously large, tasty, creamy, with a buttery crust. I prefer no whipped cream, but that's remedied easily. I finished everything, except for that pie. Haha, it's just so big! 🤣 Compliments to the chefs!!"
