My order was about 30 minutes late, even though the app showed it was ready for pickup while the restaurant was still preparing it. This caused an unexpected delay in getting the food to the event.
The packaging and presentation could also be improved. One drink lid was not secured properly and spilled in my car during the commute. The individual boxes were labeled, but the different rolls inside each box were not. Serving utensils were also missing even though I requested them in the app.
The food was mild even though I ordered it spicy, and the portions of chutney and raita felt too small for the price. My plain lassi was substituted with mango lassi. Overall, I would have appreciated more accurate pickup timing, secure packaging, clearer item labeling, and closer attention to the order preferences. "
