"This is the best Monte Cristo I have had since Bennigan's closed, almost 20 years ago. It is huge, more than two meals worth. It's made exactly to specs, is cooked to the perfect degree (crispy but not burned or hard, cheese is melted and interior is warm, not too greasy, not dry or overdone), and comes with the proper sides of raspberry jam and powdered sugar. Whole thing holds together nicely, no mess. I was craving one of these tonight; this was my second time ordering it from here, and I was not disappointed. I never write reviews -not positive ones, anyway- but this place merits an exception! Oh, and fries were decent, too, nothing special, but they were warm and crispy."

It was a patty with Cheese between 2 slices of toasted bread. The Lime chicken and rice was so bland, that the only thing that saved it was salsa that I had in my refrigerator. Save your hard earned money. Applebee's is not the place that you want to spend it on."
