Ono is overpriced and has a microscopic menu with limited options and they serve white tuna (fake farm fish). Sooshi Bay has the worst fish I've ever eaten anywhere in the US. Honada is serviceable at best and their sushi usually has weird coloring and they yellowtail is abysmal. Akame checked all of those boxes. The vibe here was modern, clean, and upscale. Their menu is tablet ordering right at the table. I know they are only in their soft opening phase so, even though they had the most options I've seen so far, I do hope that they continue to grow the menu and explore more options (get some damn jalapenos in there guys). But when our fish arrived everything was perfect. The color of every fish was perfect. The smells were perfect. The flavor was delicious. My only criticism, and it could just be user error with the tablet ordering, is I couldn't figure out how to get the spicy mayo off my rolls. Service was incredible.
