Let me say that I found the quality, portion size, taste, preparation speed, superior to any of the mainstream burger joints and definitely the best I've tasted relating to small type of burger places, stands, restaurants. I had a cheeseburger cooked medium with provolone cheese, bacon, and lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, served on the side. I had potato salad as well. Superb. The burger patty was sizable and thicker than most burger places. Nicely charred outside and pink inside. The bacon I had added was crisp but not burnt. It was excellent. The potato salad was equally as impressive. Fresh and perfectly seasoned. I don't often write reviews? But, when something is this good they deserve mention. Plus the staff are attentive, friendly. Highly recommend."

If you are wondering what the "native" level spice is, it is quite hot, but not uncomfortably so for the folks that enjoy heat.
