"One of the very best large chain restaurants. They obviously care about their food and want to do delicious and different things with it instead of just quickly preparing inoffensive, generic food like so many other big chains (which are really struggling right now).
The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was excellent. The chicken was perfectly prepared, crispy and tender. I'm generally concerned about ordering breaded chicken that will be sitting in any kind of sauce, particularly if the meal is being delivered, but this was not soggy at all. The sauce was delicious and had a sort of Cajun alfredo with a tiny bit of heat flavor. The pasta itself was cooked properly, neither over nor under done. Despite being delivered, the food arrived at a decent temperature.
