"Favorite place on DD in my area. Consistently hooks it up when I order very late ( idk what the night cook is doing but food might even be better after 11:30). Never gotten bad food from here.
I always order either the Habibi mix platter or one of the shawarma platters. The crispy pita bits are a great touch, the pickled onions are great, the meat is always cooked perfectly, and the whole meal is spot on every time.
I never order without buying a Hummus Container. I buy pita chips at the store just to eat them when I order this hummus.

We showed up a bit earlier than our pick up time, and shared a biscoff cheesecake slice while we waited. Chefs kiss. Jose was amazing with his service and helped us to the car. "Ordered at 1 am and my food arrived beautifully. I had originally ordered a carnitas burrito but ended up with carne asada, but I am not mad at it all. Good was fresh, well made, as it has been for over 13 years (used to go there often when I was in high school). "I was looking for a San Diego style carne asada burrito and Albert's made this for me. I have been outside of California for a good while so this was a treat. The burrito is huge as you would expect the size of your forearm came with the two red and two green sauces and I had it prepared with carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, and cheese. No rice or beans in my burritos thank you very much. The ingredients are fresh and taste nice. Personal preference would be a little more char and seasoning on the meat like lime and salt. other than that it was perfect and hit the spot. I would order from them again.
