They didnt break instantly when you tried to pick them up and had the perfect texture. They were still piping hot without being soggy with extra water left from their time in the boiling water, and the restaurant followed my request to put in some spicy peppers. It wasn't a lot of spice but I was happy with how it turned out. Most flavorful Mei fun I've had in a very long while. Wonton soup was pretty standard (but yummy). Eggrolls weren't bad but not my favorite. Overall everything was great and I'll definitely be ordering this again!"
