"This Noodles and Company location is so unreliable. As a former Noodles and Co manager (A different location) myself I know that they consistently make mistakes on orders and poorly prepare food. It's been a while since I've ordered from here due to disappointing food. Today I experienced it again with my Japanese Pan Noodles. My udon Noodles were overcooked and mushy, the sauce was not at all caramelized to the Noddles and lacking in general. I got like 4 pieces of steak. All for $20 and I'm totally disappointed but not surprised. I wish they would consistently do better."

"We found the food to be severely lacking in taste. We ordered a steak burrito, a chicken tinga burrito bowl, birria taco, barbacoa quesadilla, and chips & jalapeño cheese dip. The barbacoa quesadilla was the best tasting of all items and thats not saying much. The jalapeño cheese dip was good, but unfortunately for the price you pay it is disappointing as it comes in one of those larger condiment containers you can barely dip the chips in. They also did not provide us with all the salsas we selected in our order. The salsa we did receive had no flavor profile at all, which is surprising when you look at it. Was it ediable? Yes, but definitely sticking to the local taco truck for our Mexican lunch orders going forward. "
