My guests said the crust was good... not thin and overwhelmed with topping and not too thick and doughy... just right! We got plain fries too and they had a nice texture. They arrived in a white paper bag, NOT soggy and steamed in a plastic clamshell container the way too many other restaurants send fries. Very expensive order for what we ordered, but good quality."
