"I never leave bad reviews, but this is pathetic. I ordered the chicken sandwich biggie meal, it comes with a sandwich, medium fry, medium drink and 4 pc nugget... I also ordered a 6 piece nugget. Apparently the store was out of nuggets so I asked to have all the nuggets replaced with a sour cream and butter baked potato and they refused saying theres too much of a price difference and theyll give me fries. I ended up with 2 large fries, a medium fry and a small fry, all absolutely disgusting, stiff, and cold, and they also put all the fries on top of my now squished chicken sandwich. I ended up checking the prices of the potato and turns out its cheaper than the 10 nuggets I had replaced with nasty fries. Im absolutely aggravated that I spent $18 on food thats not even eatable. "

"I ordered Harumaki (3pcs), spicy miso chicken Ramen ラーメン with ginger and a strawberry Ramune (Japanese Soda) ラムべ I was craving Ramen and wanted it authentic Japanese so I decided to give this place a try. 10 out of 10, easily! The food was piping hot when I received it and very flavorful. The Ramen is large enough for two, maybe even three people for lunch. After that, you'll eat a late dinner. As I'm not familiar with using chopsticks or Japanese soda, I had to find a video on YouTube for proper usage and opening of the soda. The soda is particularly small but flavorful. The egg rolls were crispy and the dipping sauce for it is perfect. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the egg gave it a nice creamy taste, and the spicy miso gave it a lot of flavor. I let it sit for a few minutes to absorb all of the ingredients and it tasted like heaven! I'll definitely come back for another order and try something different. Hokkaido, you did not disappoint with the flavor and value for your money."
