However, the portions were far smaller than I expected (compare photos)

(was almost exactly the same item as the Mediterranean Salad except one had feta.)
The Tabuleh was flavorful-ish. It was very dry though.
The Baklava pistachio was good but it was broken/falling apart.

"I order Jamba juice quite often. And today I received my order and my Acai bowl was frozen solid. I had to let it defrost before it was edible. And when I took a bite the bananas were slimy and the granola was stale and everything else tasted old and stale. And the Acai bowl isn't cheap over $13.00 I have never ever experienced this poor quality coming from Jamba Juice! I have to say that I am extremely saddened by the quality of my Acai bowl that I received today! I hope that this won't be the future of Jamba Juice because I can guarantee you that you will lose many regular customers along with any new customers. Because if I had received this quality on my first order I would not be ordering anything from them again. There is no reason why something like this happens! Shame on whomever put this in a bag for delivery! Management needs to pay attention to this sort of thing! If I were able to give zero stars that is what I would have given."

"The 22. Copper Canyon and the 6. Golden Gate were both delicious and fresh! The sandwiches aren't large but my wife and I were satisfied. The staff were kind though they were quite busy. "I was hesitant to order from here because of previous reviews but those reviews were from 2024.
I was actually really satisfied with their food.
I got the Macaroni and Cheese with Sausage which could use a little more sausage but it was tasty. The texture might not be for everyone as it's a little grainy from the type of cheese.
The ribs were really really good and I always get ribs dry and then add sauce as needed and these were great and juicy. Not dry at all. Meat came off the bone easy.
Buttermilk Cornbread was fluffy, sweet, moist. Perfect really for cornbread.
Coleslaw was your average coleslaw and good.
Wish it came with ketchup for the fries but I had some at home.
I got the sauces I requested.
I ordered a ton of sides for leftovers cause I was expecting more ribs than just 3 but I know now for future orders :).
Yeah I'm satisfied for the price. And this is coming from someone who was disappointed in a 50$ beef rib from a Livermore restaurant. Sooo I think I'm pretty picky. "The Double Pesto Chicken (Specialty Sandwich)(New) was pretty good. Could have had more chicken, but not bad. It was also really saucy, but I'll take that over a dry sandwich any day. The bread was warm, perfectly crunchy, and fresh. Cheese was melty. The Chocolate Chip Cookies was just about perfect! Soft & chewy, big & chocolatey... loved the cookie! The Lemon Cooler Cookies I wasn't sure what to expect, normally I'm not a fan of white chocolate, but the combo of with the lemon, with the coconut is good. They're huge cookies, soft with a crunch on the outside. They're also not overly sweet it's the perfect amount. This is my second time ordering their veggie sandwich, but I would get it again.
