"This is the worst Taco Bell i have ever come into contact with! Poorly made, low quality. This was a reorder, bc the first attempt . I received the smallest burrito you've ever seen with almost nothing inside. my coworkers laughed when they saw it, bc it was so comically small. When Iopened the burrito, it looked like someone barely smeared a half teaspon of chili in there. I asked for extra cheese. There was barely any cheese. It was essentially a soft taco sized tortilla and nothing else. DD gave me a $4 refund, which didn't even cover for me to have it delivered again. I had to pay another $6 to cover another tip and delivery fee on top of the credit they gave me. I called their store to complain, and the mgr didn't even apologize. Was very rude. I work in the food service industry as a mgr myself, and I couldn't believe this experience. I also got cinamin twists on my original order. I didn't reorder those bc I assumed that those would be ok. It was only after the fact I tasted them and realized they were cooked in horribly burnt and old grease. They tasted bitter and disgusting and completely inedible. I had to throw those away. I cannot say emphatically enough how bad this experience was. "

Unfortunately, some of the things I ordered were out of stock, but the substitutes were wonderfully chosen! The Picanha steak sandwich was amazing, the steak tasted super fresh was cooked perfectly and the cheese, sauce, and delicious bread made it even better! The Brownie 3 Leches Topped with Nutella was super good too, very flavorful but not overpowering sweetness! I wasn't sure what to expect from the Raspberry Lotus Drink, would really love a more detailed description of what its made from, but it was very tasty nonetheless just like everything else! I also loved the nice little note I got on my reciept, super kind! My only concern is the lids on the cups are very flimsy and mine popped off when I woul try to pick it up. "May just be a single bad experience, but my husband found the entirety of the nubbin/stem and part of the core of a kiwi in his bowl, and the added items in both bowls were sparse compared to their cost (accept for the pineapple in one which were huge). The bowl was also overly sweet (too much honey blended in). One of the bowls was placed in sideways as it was packed and half the contents spilled out. I would give them another try though, the food was fresh and the edible parts very tasty."
