Now, they seriously need to figure something out about their boneless ones. It's soggy and not crunchy at all, and the meat is on the dry side. If you're going to make korean fried chicken like this, this is absolutely not ok. The two major reasons why I pay extra for Korean fried chicken is the crispiness and the sauce not overpowering the crispy chicken... If the sauce is overpowering like this and it's soggy like any ordinary american fried chicken, I'll just make it myself at home because I don't waste any money on american fried chicken places due to those reasons. I hope bb.q keeps its selling point, which is the Korean chicken-frying and cooking style. Wings are on the larger size so I appreciate that."

"Used to really like this place, but the quality has gone downhill over the past months. The food is not as flavorful or spicy as it used to be. The preparation is different every time you order.
Sometimes they forget to add seasoned garbanzo beans to the samso chaat (mind you, they charge almost double the price of just samosa's for the chaat). Sometimes bell peppers to their paneer chilli or gobi manchurian. It is very difficult to find chicken in the chow mein (they charge extra for chicken).
The curries are usually undercooked now. You can taste raw tomatoes in the curries."
