The noodles have a nice firm texture and the sauce really well balanced. There is a nice amount of beef, chicken, pork and shrimp to be found in this dish. "The katsu on first glance appeared to be overcooked.....BUT it wasn't. The chicken teriyaki was great too......it was chicken teriyaki with a spicy Korean twist to it. I was a bit concerned when I saw the red chili speck but it was just right. Some of the other places tend to go a little heavy on the hot but this was just right. Nothing in the order was presauced which made it at least initially not as appealing at first glance but now that I think about it I think this is a much better way to do teriyaki....so that you can add the sauces as it suits you. If you are a katsu afficianoda the tonkatsu sauce was just right....Definitely will reorder/revisit. Odd just noticed. The Teriyaki Sauce (1 oz) which came with my ord was spicy -- the exra one I got wasn't."
