the Build Your Own Pizza (Extra Large 16") was good! it was a HEAVY pizza. but the crust in the main part of the pizza was thin, the outer crust was thick and rawish in the middle, and the thick cheese with heavy toppings is leaving this to be a more fork friendly pizza. which is great in it's own way! I did really enjoy the pizza itself. was worth the price for the pizza with how much toppings and cheese was on it. one piece and I was full. just don't get the Cheese Breadsticks in my opinion"

This wasn't a dasher problem - every single one of them was waiting on the restaurant. Ballard Pizza Company (Ethan Stowell Restaurants) charges $40 for a large pizza plus a 20% service charge and can't manage basic kitchen timing.
Quality is also inconsistent and crust is burnt half the time, sometimes nearly black. At $40/pizza, this is unacceptable on every level. Won't order again.

It was rubbery, and the slices were not cut through so as we attempted to grab a piece, topping came off and crust broke where not fully cut through. Overall, the only redeeming part of the pizza was the red sauce which had a good flavor. The Tiramisu came unsealed as well; just a to go box and not sealed or bagged. It was served as a slice (not a square which in my experience is typical for Tiramisu ) so not really adequate for sharing for 2 people as planned. Don't think I'll try again."

"Ordered a pizza from this highly-rated joint in Edmonds. The pizza you see is a 14-inch pepperoni and that is a 12-ounce can of Sprite. The medium banana is added for size perspective. The prices seemed extremely high for what I was getting, but if it was amazing pizza, I was willing to give it a shot.
The pizza was nearly $36.00 and as thin as cardstock paper. There could not possibly be even $2.00 worth of product to make this. Not enough pepperoni. Sauce tasted of a Chef Boyardee pizza kit. Nothing about this pie suggested quality. A large slice from any pizza vendor on the upper east side of Manhattan in a dark alley would have better pizza than this.
The Sprite on the menu did not indicate a size, but stupid me assumed at $4 would be a two-liter, but at minimum a 21-ouncer. Nope...a simple can! Sprite at least tasted good, though.
The pizza filled me, but I have had better pizza at Little Ceasars, Dominoes, Papa Johns, Dominos, Jets, Pizza Hut, etc.
My bill total with tip was $52....for that sorry looking pie and small soda.
Save yourself AT LEAST $30 and buy pizza elsewhere."
