I added ricotta as a topping to my Medium thin cheese and they wrote on the receipt that they don't have it, which I understand but did not receive a refund from the store. It also wasn't cut all the way through. whole reason I chose this store to order from despite the extra fees was because their Fries pictured are battered diner fries which are hard to find. When they arrived they were crinkle cut fries that were limp. The cheddar cheese wiz plastic cup had been melted from the heat and the cheese wiz was a horrible texture-lumpy and thick and grainy despite still being warm. Overall not a very pleasant experience.
