They now have a few American-Chinese dishes on their menu. i.e. their superior take on these dishes. This is a game changer. Their take on General’s Chicken is awesome; it has a fresh, light, spicy, honey sauce instead of a heavy, gooey-sauce. "The 53. Ginger Scallion Duck tasted terrible. It had no seasoning or flavor, and didn't look anything like the photo in the menu. I thought the dish was duck breast with nice, crispy skin, sliced and put over rice with a flavorful ginger sauce sprinkled with a few scallions on top, but no. What we received was a dish made with the leftover, boney parts of duck that most people don't want. There were so many bones! We were constantly biting into and picking out bones, along with an overload of large scallion hunks. There were other random things that we found in our food, as well, which didn't belong--- like a random bean sprout, and a large licorice tasting seed. The few "spices" that were intentionally added were cut in large chunks/slices that were hard to eat. Absolutely nothing about this dish was good. Even the presentation was terrible... Everything looked smushed together. It's obvious that there was no attention to detail. This dish seems like it was just designed to use up excess ingredients without any consideration for the consumer's dining experience. After paying for this "bottom of the barrel" family dinner, I will never order from this restaurant again, or recommend it to anyone."
