The people working the line were getting through order in no time but finally at about 5:05 I was told by an employee that as my order was not due to be completed until 5:20 it would not be done until then. The white rice was completely out and they told me there would be no more so I my brown rice . The chicken was not hot it was lukewarm. This was very disappointing. The amount of chicken was shocking as it was very very little compared to other Chipotle's. This used to be my go to Chipotle but it has just gone downhill. "For taste, starting with the chicken, I liked the flavor; however, some parts of the chicken pieces were not edible because there were dark, hard spots. The refried beans tasted below average. The sauce was good, and it was my first time trying that type of sauce. The rice was below average, but still acceptable.
The portion for the Mole Mexicano / Mexican Mole was generous. One area for improvement would be placing some of the sauce in a separate container, because during delivery the sauce mixed with the beans, as shown in the attached pictures. I am not sure whether that was intentional.
Freshness : The food seemed fresh overall, except for the issue I mentioned with the chicken.
The price was great for the portion and overall value.
I would order again, but I would try a different dish next time.

In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation.
