"I've been here before and had great experiences with the food and service. Yesterday was not that experience. We ordered online for pick up two Chicago dogs and 5 Piece Jumbo Tenders Combo. The woman at the window who was also the person who prepared our food was very rude. When she brought the bag out, it was practically thrown at us. We verified that the order was for us as there was no name and she huffs at us and rolls her eyes with "Yeah!" When I opened the box with a Chicago dog, the hot dog wasn't cooked at all. I checked the other one and it was the same way. When I went back up to explain what happened, the woman who was rude was in the parking lot in pajamas yelling, "What?! What's wrong with it??" I continued to explain it to the person who was in charge and even asked him to touch it to verify it wasn't cooked. He at first tried to gaslight me and say, "Chicago dogs are cold." I've eaten many at different places and it is the toppings that are cold, not the hot dog itself."
