I got the custom Custom Salmon because I like salmon but I also have some dietary restrictions and I was able to find topping options that I could eat with the custom order. They've got the option for the dressing on the side but you can't pick both the dressing you want and get it on the side in the menu (they are both two choices in a menu that will only let you select one thing). I usually always get dressing on the side because there's often way too much of it but the wasabi lime dressing was the perfect amount. HOWEVER their use of AI photos on Doordash is a complete misrepresentation and disappointing. If I had never eaten at Ks prior to ordering on DD, I would not trust the menu AT ALL.
My major callout is the Garlic Dip 4oz. The AI image does not do it justice, it makes it look watery, fake, and sad whereas in person (and paired with a great pizza) it's the best I have had in Ottawa, full of texture and flavor.
