To begin, our chicken breasts are dipped in flour, egg wash, and then Italian bread crumbs with a little salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and a hefty amount of parmesan cheese. We then place them in the pan with olive oil and cook for two and a half minutes per side, until golden. The chicken is then placed over a large portion of our homemade spaghetti, topped with our homemade marinara, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. It is then placed into the oven to melt the cheese to perfection.
