"9/10 at this location I usually have to chuck my food and get a refund because it arrives cold and old not to mention lots of salt in my fries when I always ask for no salt. usually don't have sauce's I ask for nor napkins and a straw. tonight I called in before placing my order the young lady I spoke with was such a sweetheart. I asked that she please make sure my sauces are in the bag and that all my food is fresh and most importantly no salt on my fries. when I received my food everything was hot fresh and delicious I had all my sauces in my bag there was napkins and my lemonade was ice cold. normally when I get lemonade from there it's room temperatured. I never got her name but tomorrow I'll be calling in and speaking with the manager and letting them know that more of the workers need to be like her and actually listen to the customers.
