The miso was extremely salty and a little bitter. Not the warm relaxing mix you usually get. Rice was fine but they added spices and oils to it which I've never seen before so the rice kinda felt a little oily I wish I hadn't gotten "sushi rice" and just got the plain white rice.
Traditional sushi rice doesn't have all of whatever that was added to it usually just a little mirin and then it's allowed to sit and become gummy for a day or two while keeping the firmness right.
You're not wrong if you like this. B it I certainly didn't. Won't be ordering again for the price akira sushi is much better and 1/4 the price."
