Food arrives & the beef sausage is nothing like what's pictured, it's a cut up link. Definitely wouldn't have ordered this. Called the store to discuss if I'd clicked on the wrong item or what, bc I was just so confused. The woman that answered made it sound like I should've known that it would be a link, since it said beef. Leaves me even more confused, bc beef patties exist & it's what's pictured. I recommended changing the photo, since it's nothing like what they're serving. She basically just said "thanks, Liz" & let me go. Now, I'm sitting here with $60 in food that won't get eaten bc no one in my house likes hot dogs (yes, I know they're sausage, but my kids can't wrap their mind around the difference). It would've been nice to have a solution offered, but that didn't happen. Anyway, hopefully someone reads this review & it keeps them from buying something their children won't eat, lol. Again, we've never had an issue with mug & cup & their food is typically very good!"

"My pizza arrived hot and fresh and made exactly as ordered except for the crust. they seem to have given me the New York style crust which is not what I ordered. It doesn't change the taste, but I'm a southern girl and I like my bread so the thinner crust isn't my favorite. the wings were hot and very saucy so that a plus. My delivery driver left the food on the ground outside instead of on the porch, but that's not Papa John's fault. All in all, not a bad experience."
