"This place is solid! I will mention, if you like your Sesame Chicken/General Tso's on the crispier side - this won't appease you. But the flavor of all the dishes are pretty good! The General Tso's doesn't have much heat but still tastes good.
The pork buns are really good, but perhaps could use a LITTLE more filling. They are a bit overpowered by the bun.
The rice is pretty standard (which is good). Above all, while the portions are smaller than a some other Chinese food spots, the value is wonderful. I particularly liked the option to do the Three Dishes which even comes with soup. This is perfect if you want to try a few dishes but don't want to commit to an expensive dish.
The packaging is really nice as well! Good takeout containers and thoughtfully stacked in the bag as well.
Plastic utensils were included as well as some sauces (packets and the ones that actually went with the food).
I would 100% order from here again - it arrived hot enough that I even had to let it cool down a bit (some of this was likely quality on the driver's part as well!).
One thing I'd love to see added to the menu at some point is a Crab Rangoon. "

"I really enjoyed Ichiban. The taste is great. I got General Tso’s Ckicken which was delicious. what I really loved was I am a noodle lover and asked if they could replace the rice with noodles instead and they did! I really appreciated it.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese because they were two of the highest-rated items on the menu. I figured those would be the safest choices. If these are considered the best dishes, I can’t imagine what the rest of the menu tastes like.
I’m not a picky eater. I’ll eat almost anything if it tastes good, and in more than 30 years I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative food review. I understand restaurants can have an off day, but this experience was different.
The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo had very little Alfredo flavor, almost no bacon flavor, and the pasta itself was bland. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese lacked both buffalo and ranch flavor and was just as disappointing. The only thing both dishes had in common was an overwhelming amount of salt.
For $16–$18 per dish, this quality is simply unacceptable. There are far too many restaurants today serving fresh, flavorful food at the same price.
As someone who worked as a chef years ago, I know what quality food should taste like. Based on my experience, these dishes showed no attention to flavor, balance, or quality.
I’m writing this review to save other people from wasting their money. I will never order from this company again, and I would never recommend it to my family or friends.
Take your money somewhere else. You’ll almost certainly get a much better meal for the same price."

"I really wanted to like this order, but it honestly fell flat.
The salt and pepper shrimp & chicken had surprisingly no salt and pepper flavor at all. In fact, there wasn’t any seasoning on the food. The only thing that had flavor were the peppers and onions mixed in with it. On top of that, it was packed in a sealed plastic container, so the condensation made everything soft and not crispy by the time it arrived. (Even paid for extra for express delivery)
The vegetable tempura had the same problem. The dipping sauce was placed inside the container and spilled all over the tempura, which made it completely soggy. It was also packed in a container with no ventilation, so the steam from the hot food just ruined the crispiness.
The cheese wonton is exactly what the name says. It’s literally just a wonton filled with Philadelphia cream cheese. If you’re expecting something like a crab rangoon with extra flavor, this isn’t that. It’s straight cream cheese, nothing else.
Overall, the biggest issues were the lack of seasoning and the packaging. Fried food needs ventilation to stay crispy, and unfortunately everything arrived soft and soggy. The peppers and onions were honestly the only part of the meal that had any real flavor. I don't think I will be ordering again."
