"Amazing food, even having traveled a good bit to get to me. While the burnt ends of the Burnt Ends or Brisket + 1 Meat & 2 Sides lacked the crisp "bark" or fat marbling of some BBQ places in town, they were tender, plentiful and absolutely delicious. True to their name, the flavor from the layer of rub (and amount used) was perfect. A shocking high point was the fries. Much like the burnt ends, the perfect preparation and unique flavor(s) made up fully for any other shortcomings. Even the Side Salad was amazing (candied nuts and craisins, etc.) The only thing "average," was the slaw, and that's fine!"
