Meaty and did not contribute much grease, which can be a problem in calzones/strombolis depending on what brand is used - The amount of cheese they stuff in that thing is insane, especially for the price - I've seen places charge $20 for a calzone this size, so this is extremely cost-effective Cons: - While the cheese was fantastic, the calzone could've used a well-done bake in order to 100% melt everything because it was A TON of cheese.
