"Just referring to the Beef & Cheese Empanadas. This is my first time ordering from here & I had come to this area from the Allentown area where there is an ABUNDANCE of rich latin cultural cuisine, small mom & pops on just about every corner in the city, all this say Im extremely tuned in on Spanish food & in this instance, im sorry to say, but the pastry to meat ratio in the empanada is almost horriafying. I saw the empanadas are rated normally extremely high, thats either because A. just mine happened to be bad or B. the people doing these rankings really haven't had anything to compare it too. The taste overall was great I will point that out but the meat content was atrocious. The meat may have filled a large spoonfull after taking the entire pastry apart. We're talking 50 to 1. 50 parts pastry to 1 part meat."

"I really enjoyed my food from here. The meat had a nice flavor to it. The green sauce that came with my Carne Asada (Steak) Tacos is so good. I really enjoyed the texture of the CHIPS & SALSA- the salsa is a nice chunky pico style. The chips are super crunchy. I believe you automatically get a small side of salsa and chips with your order but more chips is nice."

"I was going to take photos and share... but the food was just so good- maybe next time. The Tinga (Shredded Chicken) Tacos are very flavorful. The Juanachos were to die for- the flavor was great, I love that they used cooked jalapeños instead of pickled or raw ones. It added the perfect heat. Some of the middle chips got a little soggy but they were still great- ended up eating half for dinner one night and the leftovers the following night. The CHIPS & SALSA never miss. The salsa has a great flavor(way better than anything you'll find in the grocery store) and the chips are a nice sturdy crispy chip."

"The Embers' Table - Macked is good value and a bsolutely delicious. Ordered the pork belly, brisket, and ribs, with corn bread, fries and mac and cheese. As a Floridian, this is the closest thing to true southern food you can find in PA. All of the meats were extremely moist and tender, and they all paired well with the sauces. The mac was smoky and creamy, definitely gouda in there somewhere. Cornbread recipe needs to be cherished for generations."

"spice and flavor I expect was there... but Hyderabadi Chicken 65 was super soggy which isn't a problem at other restaurants I've ordered from. And the Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani was just a layer of the chicken 65 under biryani rice which was disappointing when expecting Chicken that's not breaded.
