"Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability.
Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us. "
