No, its not super authentic handmade pasta. Its a hearty bowl of filling Italian-American pasta. For what it is, it does a fantastic job. I'm so full on half of a small pizza just by myself, that I don't even have room for the Chocolate Cake, which looks just as high-quality and as appetizing as the pizza.
The toppings are loaded thick, the cheese is the perfect amount of loaded, stringy, and gooey. I assume, much like mine, each pizza has its own very specific flavor profile. "We were really hoping for a delicious new wood fired pizza that we can have delivered. So we order from Craftsman and got a Principal and a Hawaiian. Unfortunately I am not sure we found it. The dough on one of the two pizzas was quite undercooked, which can happen with pizzas with a lot of moist toppings. The flavors on them were very good but both needed more time in the oven. We will give it another shot as we have been either visiting or ordering pizzas every Friday night from different shops in Orange County, but tonights meal was definitely not one of favorites."
