"Wow is all I can say about our meal! The Buffalo Wrap with half of a California salad was super tasty. They didnt skimp on anything... the wrap was chock full of chicken and blue cheese crumbles with the perfect amount of home made buffalo sauce, which was spicy yet not so overly spiced that you couldn't realize how amazing the sauce was. The California salad had loads of walnuts and blue cheese and their homemade raspberry vinaigrette was perfection! Dont miss getting the sweet fries, which came a bit cold due to the distance from the restaurant to my house. I threw them in the air fryer and within 5 minutes they were hot and juicy with the perfect crisp to them. I know I've used the word "perfect" several times and I did because it sums up my food. The meats were both tender, juicy and delicious. The pork was pulled perfectly, no big chunks just a nice consistent shred. The portion was so big I didn't even try the ribs but my son took two bites and said "that's outstanding!". The greens had soul and that nice little kick of heat at the end that makes you want to slap someone's mama. Damn they were good. Same with the beans, best I think I've ever had, seriously. The cornbread was pitch perfect, not too gritty, clearly scratch made, and was smartly served in wax paper bags in respectable sized chunks. I'm not a fan of mac n cheese but I tried it and even that was delicious, as were the sauces we got on the side. They could bottle and sell it.
