The mild sauce is unique in the sense that instead of using a mild buffallo sauce, they use a slightly zinggy ketchup based sauce. Now for the unfortunate bad; VERY light on seasoning, like aggressively so, the LARGE LIVER unfortunately was INCREDIBLY chewy to the point where it hurt my fathers teeth along with my own, and as a big guy who has had fried liver for many years it was very overcooked, or the more likely thing would be they accidentally sent gizzards instead.
